Andrew Gold - Thank You For Being A Friend

RIP Andrew Gold ~ a super tunesmith in the Pop idiom, a super sessions musician and.....ok go Google and you'll see. I just post this up and have a play of his great tunes on the CD player!

A Case of You - k.d. lang - Hymms of the 49th Parallel

Just one of the best songs ever in my life, and beautifully interpreted here by Ms. Lang!

Just makes a ex-pat Canuck wanna fly...and have a few!

CHARLIE ORGANAIRE - LITTLE VILLAGE.wmv

Things I used to do are living after me....do all the good you can do in this world....ahh just a wonderful little bit of music that I first heard years ago while picking apples on my Granddad's farm and there were several workers from Jamaica and they hepped me to early Ska. Another tune that makes me smile all the while.....cheers again

jean knight - Why I Keep Living These Memor - Mr Big Stuff B

Goofy add at the opening and a rather "squashed" sound reproduction but this is my Southern Soul pick of the day!

JOE SOUTH- " WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES "

Well, this was my iPoddy offering of the Day...the little shuffle prog sent it my way twice in 24 hours so it had to be this tune. I always like Joe South's turn at being the Blue Eyed Soul guy of the day.....

Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood

oF COURse This one is GettinG a lot of airplay..or ether play....many happy returns to Rowdy Yates too!
