This is a great item of 1930s commercial artwork - the cover to a 1934 Revo cookery booklet - "Instructions & recipes for Revo electric cookers". Revo are probably better known for making bigger items such as street lights - they were in fact quite a large manufacturer of domestic appliances. According tot he booklet -
